Like I said, all this stuff is already in my Guide and has been there for months, literally.
Above is a way to do it even after 100% (if you understand OM0 and have a Phone Call in memory still), but Mountain Cloud Boys is a San Fierro Story Mission and needs to be done then and there and if it's not done then and there, you have no other option other than above. I find it easier in Mountain Cloud Boys, but that is Mission Specific.
